VORTRIXE & OKMO M18 Water-cooled Cooling Structure Gas Engine Model

Features:

- This is a micro engine made of brass and stainless steel.

- Water-Cooled Structure: The engine features a cooling water tank and a circulating gear pump. When it works, the pump is driven by a belt to allow water to circulate and remove heat.

- Specifications: Bore 13mm, Stroke 12mm. The ignition device is powered by a 4.5V power supply.

- Starting Methods: Can be started in two ways—external force (electric drill) or manual start.

Engine Startup Steps:

1. Check the wiring of the engine from the bottom plate, install three AA batteries (4.5V), and fill the water tank with water.

2. Unscrew the fuel tank cap and fill the fuel tank with 95# gasoline. After filling, press the carburetor port by hand on the right side of the engine and rotate the flywheel clockwise multiple times to allow the fuel mixture to fully enter the fuel pipe.

3. Turn on the power switch and quickly rotate the flywheel clockwise and counterclockwise on the right side of the engine to start the engine.

Precautions:

1. If the ignition device is normal and the cylinder compression is normal but the engine does not start, the carburetor oil needle may need adjustment.

2. After tightening the main oil needle on the carburetor, loosen 1/4 turn and start the flywheel several times to ensure the gasoline-to-air mixture reaches the normal working ratio.

3. When the engine stops, turn off the power switch. Open the fuel tank cap and remove the fuel.
