We at Vortrixe understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please review the following policy:

Cancellation Window

You can request to cancel your order within 5 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, your order will enter the processing stage, and cancellation may no longer be possible. Please note that if the items are in stock, orders typically ship within 2-24 hours.

Cancellation Charges

Cancellation Before Processing:

If your order is canceled before it begins processing, you won't be charged any cancellation fees.

Cancellation After Shipping:

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our facility. In this situation, please accept the delivery and then initiate a return according to our return policy.

 

Refunds

Eligible Cancellations:

For orders canceled within the 5-hour window, a full refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 2 business days.

Cancellations After Shipment:

Shipped orders cannot be canceled. If you wish to return an order after it has shipped due to personal reasons, you will need to accept the delivery and then follow our return procedure. In these cases, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any applicable taxes or duties.

 

Exceptions

Custom Orders:

Orders for custom or personalized items cannot be canceled once production has begun. Please double-check your order details before finalizing your purchase.

Final Sale Items:

Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for cancellation.

 

Payment Processors

For orders paid through any of our accepted payment methods, refunds for eligible cancellations will be credited back to your original payment account. You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Our warehouse and logistics team operate Monday through Saturday. Therefore, even if your order ships on a weekend, cancellation requests emailed over the weekend will be addressed by our customer service team starting the following Monday. If your order has already shipped before your cancellation request is processed (including weekend shipments), we won't be able to stop the shipment. Please accept the delivery and then follow our return process. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for intentionally refused packages or unwarranted disputes.

 

Standard Shipping:

Our standard shipping service includes duties and customs clearance fees, so you will not incur any additional taxes or fees. Delivery timeframe: 15-20 business days.

Express Shipping:

For orders destined for the United States with an amount exceeding $500 USD, we will automatically upgrade to express shipping at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Fee Refund:

 If you paid for express shipping, but your order ultimately does not arrive within the promised timeframe, we will fully refund the express shipping fee within 24 after receiving the goods.

These return policies apply only to products purchased directly from Vortrixe.com.

1. Returns Due to Damage or Defect

If a product is damaged, defective, or non-functional upon arrival, you can return it within 30 days under our warranty policy. In such cases, Vortrixe will cover the return shipping costs.

If only certain accessories are damaged due to shipping, we will provide free replacement parts instead of a full return.
If the package is damaged, we can offer a partial refund or send a replacement package based on the extent of the damage.

 

2. Returns for Personal Reasons

Most products are eligible for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days. However, if the return is due to personal reasons—such as ordering the wrong item or disliking the product—the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and taxes.

The item must be unused and in new condition, including all original packaging and accessories.
If the product has been used or is not in resellable condition, the return request will be denied.

Items that do not meet our return criteria will be sent back at the customer’s expense. This includes:

Products not purchased from Vortrixe.com
Items without a valid serial number (missing, altered, or unreadable)
Products received more than 30 days ago
Items returned without original packaging, manuals, cables, or accessories
Products with physical damage, accidental breakage, misuse, or wear and tear
Items damaged due to improper personal use
Lost return shipments (Vortrixe is not responsible for lost packages; we recommend using tracked shipping.)

 

RMA Process: 3 Easy Steps

1. Request RMA Authorization

Email service@vortrixe.com with the following details:

Order number
SKU (product ID)
Reason for return (with images or video if applicable)
Preference for replacement, partial refund, or full refund

We will respond within 1–2 business days.

2. Ship the Return

After receiving RMA approval, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to Vortrixe using the provided return address.

No prepaid return label: Vortrixe does not offer prepaid return labels. Customers must ship the product at their local post office.
The return package must include the original packaging, accessories, and the RMA authorization form.
A tracking number is required. Vortrixe is not responsible for any lost shipments.

Important: Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from our official website. Vortrixe only operates under the official domain vortrixe.com. Any similar or derivative domain names are not affiliated with us, and we are not responsible for orders made through those sites or third-party platforms.

3. Receive a Replacement or Refund

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product. If the return is confirmed to be due to a quality issue, Vortrixe will issue a refund within 7 business days after the confirmation of the defect. We will also reimburse the return shipping cost within this time frame.

Refunds for quality issues will be processed within 7 business days. If you do not receive your refund after 7 business days, please contact us at service@vortrixe.com.
If a replacement part is needed, it will be shipped within 2 business days, subject to stock availability.
If the product requires repairs, it will take 15–20 business days to complete. Mechanical repairs require careful attention to detail and can take additional time. Once the repair is finished, we will promptly contact you and ship the repaired product.
