VORTRIXE & OKMO M25 Water Cooling Heat Structure Mini Educational Gasoline Engine Model

Introduction:

This is a mini gasoline engine model that uses an ancient engine structure. Each part has been carefully designed and processed, made from brass and stainless steel, and features a water-cooling heat structure.

Double flywheel design reduces low-speed response of the ancient engine.

It includes a tape oil system for adjustable speed and a throttle switch that links to control the engine speed. The igniter is powered by 4.5V.

The engine runs on gasoline, and when launched, it operates as a small, powerful machine!

Starting Method:
The engine can be started by external force (high-speed drill) or manual starting.

Engine Startup Steps:
1. Check the wiring of the engine from the board, connect the fuel tank pipeline, and install three No.5 batteries (4.5V).
2. Turn on the power switch and quickly rotate the flywheel on the right side of the engine to start it.
3. During startup, lightly cover the air intake with your hand and then release it a few times to help the engine inhale fuel smoothly. After normal startup, this step may not be necessary.

Precautions:
1. If the ignition device and cylinder compression are normal but the engine cannot start, the carburetor oil needle may need adjustment.
2. After tightening the main oil needle on the carburetor, loosen 1/4 turn and start the flywheel to achieve the correct gasoline-air mixture.
3. Turn off the power switch when the engine stops.

Product Maintenance Method:
- The engine is water-cooled; add water before each operation and save the remaining water after use.
- Operate in a clean environment to reduce dust entering the carburetor.
- The carburetor oil needle is pre-adjusted before shipment. Large adjustments are not recommended, but fine-tuning can be done with different fuels.
- The cylinder head cover can be removed to lubricate the valve mechanism. Remove the battery after use.

Troubleshooting Method:
- Ensure the battery has sufficient voltage for the igniter. When adding fuel, air may be present in the fuel tank. Cover the carburetor port by hand and rotate the flywheel to allow the piston to suck fuel into the carburetor.
- The engine is pre-adjusted for gasoline, but fine-tuning the main oil needle may be needed with different fuels.

Lubrication Method:
- Add no more than 4ml of lubricating oil to the crankcase to ensure splash lubrication of the crankshaft.

Fuel Type and Amount:
- Oil tank capacity: approximately 15ml.
- Compatible fuels: gasoline or aviation kerosene, mixed with 4% lubricating oil.
- If compression is lost, a foreign object may prevent the valve from closing properly.

Methods to Resolve Foreign Object Issues:
1. Apply a few drops of lubricating oil to the carburetor and use an electric drill to rotate the engine, allowing the foreign matter to be expelled.
2. Rotate the engine counterclockwise with an electric drill.
3. Use 15ml of fuel with 4% lubricant, ensuring proper compression and operation.
